Whose interest do you represent in the transaction?
Generally we represent the seller and/or the landlord, however we can and do
represent a buyer and/or a tenant.
Who pays your fee?
If we represent the seller's interest, then the seller pays our fee. If we represent the
buyer's interest in a purchase then the buyer is responsible for our fee. In a rental the
tenant is responsible for our fee.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM all other hours, including Saturday
and Sunday, are by appointment.
Can you arrange financing for a purchase?
Yes, we have a number of sources to place your transition with at very competitive
rates.
